Before I Fall By:Lauren Oliver

                                         Before i fall

The reason why i picked this book is because i have a friend and they were begging me to get the same book as her and so when i got it i was all like "i might as well get read it" so i started reading it and i'm normally really picky reader and as i started reading it it got really interesting and so first or the main person is a girl and it really dosnt even introduce her name but she is the protagonist and the antagonist is her boyfriend and his name is rob and the big conflict is when she goes to a party and so she gets into a lot of trouble and she ends up doing something that she regrets the lesson learned from the story would be how u listen to your heart not your friends and dont do something that u dont want to do. the best part

Iast olympian

Title: The Last Olympian

Save the cupcake by Lisa Papademetriou

Prophet of Yonwood by: Jeanne DuPrau

I picked Prophet of Yonwood by: Jeanne DuPrau because, I was reading City Of Ember and wanted to Finnish the series and right now i'm on the forth book Diamond Of Darkhold. The Protagonists in Prophet of Yonwood is 11 year old Nickie who is vising Greenhaven is trying to make the world a better place so there no war but ends up frustrating a boy about her age who loves snakes! When Nickie tells Brenda Beeson ( the Antagonists ) She sends people to...
When Brenda Beeson's friend Althea Towers faints from seeing an image from 'god' Brenda Beeson thinks gods talking to them from her so, Brenda Beeson makes many rules to make Yonwood 'Perfect'
The theme is Don't  believe everything you hear.

The best part of the book was when Nickie weeps  when a new rule takes away ALL dogs even the one she fell in 'Love' with.
The ratting I gave this book was a 5 star because Jeanne DuPrau could of not used "said" so much.

  • I picked this book because I really like the author Jeff Kinney and his books are funny and a book that I will actually read because I am not a reading person at all.
  • The protagonist is Gregory Heffly and the antagonist is Hardscrabble farms.
  • The main conflict is having to go to hardscrabble farms
  • I think the theme is ''Think before you do''
  • I think the best part is when Rally get a tooth in his four head
  • I would rate it a 9

City of Ember by: Jeanne DuPrau

I read this book because I had seen the movie and it was recommended by my friends. I recently saw that there were four books in the series, and I want to find out what happened next. The protagonists are Lina Mayfleet and Doon Harrow. They are two people in an underground city called Ember. They find that there is a hidden message to get out of Ember. They tell the mayor, but find a lot of hidden secrets about the city. Ember was a city made to survive 200 years. This story is told 240 years after it was created. A theme is: Teamwork makes the dream work because to get out of Ember, they all had to work together, and it is hard for them. The best part was the way the author embraced the future and included jokes toward the current society. I would rate it an 8.5. The movie is also very good.

The antagonists are the mugger
The mugger attacked Robbie
The theme of the Book is dont stop trying
The best part of this story so far is where she gets stuck on the raft (i havent finished yet though)
I would rate this book an 9.5 because its very adventures and understandable but the beggining is boring

Out of my mind by Sharon Draper

I picked the book "out of my mind" because I had read it before in 4th grade, and I loved it! I reread the back side in the library and the plot sounded super interesting. The protagonist is Melody, who has a disability but shows everyone how smart she actually is. The antagonist is one of her teachers, who never believed in Melody. The main conflict of the story is when Melody's family gets to the airport about to go to D.C only to know the team had left her. They could not get on the plane either because of bad weather so Melody did not get to compete. The theme of the book is underestimate. It seems that since Melody has cerebral palsy EVERYONE underestimates her. The best part of the book was when Melody got a computer that allowed her to say words. The first thing she said to her parents was "I love you." I rate this book a 9 it was sooooo good!

I,Q book 1 Independence Hall by Roland Smith

I,Q is a very interesting book by Roland Smith. It involves two kids Q and Angela. They are the children(and stepchildren of) Q Speed and Blaze, Angela Malak and Roger. These kids dont know it (nor do Roger speed or blaze) but the Mossad is after the kids. I think a theme is to pay attention to your surroundings. I think the best part of this is when Angela kicks the bejesus out of the antagonist Eben Lavi and his partners Ziv, Carma, and Devorah. Over all with all this awesomeness I would rate this at like a 7.5 and that is a great book and I would suggest it to anyone.

The Underdogs by:Mike Lupica

I picked the book The Underdogs because I love sports books, and the book looked interesting. The protagonist was Will Tyler and the antagonist is the whole town. The main conflict is that the football season has got canceled because the field is in such bad shape, and the town doesn't have enough money for all of the equipment. The theme is to never give up even when people doubt you. The best part of the story is when Will is told by his dad to stop trying to change the towns mind, but he refused to do it. I would rate this book a 10 because it is non stop action packed, and you could learn a lesson from it.

The 14th Goldfish

I picked The 14th goldfish because when I read the back of the book, the teaser caught my eye. It was talking about a girls 14th goldfish that never died. Goldfish usually die after a week or so. That got me wondering can the fish do other things like talk or walk. So I ended up checking it out of the library.
Image result for The 14th goldfish             The protagonist is Ellie, her grandpa, and Raj. There isn't exactly an antagonist but there is a problem.
Ellie is home one night when her mom suddenly has to go somewhere. When her mom comes back she has a teenage boy with her. That teenage boy ends being her GRANDPA! He aged backwards using the T. Melvinus   "antidote.¨ So the problem is he wants to get his ¨antidote¨ back so he can make more. But he can´t get in because he doesn't look like his old-self.
